RULES & INSTRUCTIONS

A User Registration Password is needed to bid on the quilts. After you complete the form and click on “Register Me” your information will be sent to the auction-webmaster. Please be patient after hitting the submit button as registration may take a few seconds. Your auction password will then be e-mailed to you very quickly from the webmaster. This password is necessary for you to enter the site and to bid on an item. We have tried to make this on-line auction as user friendly as possible. Contact us at 406-442-4130 if you have questions.

BIDDING
There are reserves on the quilts. Bids must be in at least $2.00 increments. In case of discrepancy, the webmaster’s decision will be final.

CLOSE OF THE AUCTION
The quilt auction will close on November 4, 2004 promptly at 4:00 p.m. MDT
Winning bidders will be notified by email and arrangements can be made for delivery. The buyer is responsible for delivery charges if applicable.
